For most of us life in the 21st Century has brought with it exposure to unprecedented levels of chemicals, electromagnetic stress, pollution, processed foods, stress and other environmental factors.  All of these could be having a negative effect on your overall health and wellbeing.

A hair analysis test helps to identify toxicity in the body, if you are under environmental stress and also highlights essential nutrients that you may be lacking in.

What happens during an analysis?

The hair analysis test conducted during your consultations with BodyTruth analyses the root of your hair. Liza will remove four hairs from the nape of your neck for analysis. The results from the hair analysis are generated within 15 minutes of performing the test and can therefore be used and investigated further during your consultation, providing both you and Liza with a powerful picture of current indicators and a benchmark to measure your progress against in the future.

Why hair?

A reliable source of cells can be found in the hair, storing approximately four months of metabolic activity and other data in just four-five cm of hair.

What do I learn?

A comprehensive report of both nutritional and environmental factors which may be affecting your health is generated from the information obtained during your analysis. The analysis takes into account a broad range of factors and identifies these elements in priority, enabling you to implement the most important and effective changes first.

What happens next?

Liza uses the information obtained from your hair analysis test in conjunction with testing carried out during kinesiology consultations to identify the causes of imbalance within your body and what is needed to help bring you back to balance. The combination of hair analysis testing and kinesiology offer a very well rounded and powerful view of elements to consider when addressing your health as a whole.
