Do you suffer with:
- Sciatica
- Knee pain
- Lower back pain
- Carpel tunnel/ RSI
Kinesiology takes a different approach to aches and pains
It is very often the case that the root cause of a problem isn’t where the problem actually is. If a structural issue (neck pain) was actually being caused by a nutritional deficiency, countless visits to someone addressing the physical aspects of this problem alone would only temporarily help because the underlying cause of nutrient deficiency wasn’t being addressed. Sciatica can often be related to an imbalance in the TMJ – the jaw, lower back pain could be due to dehydration and achy joints could be a result of a gluten sensitivity! For this reason a whole person approach when addressing physical aches and pains is vital in order to help prevent the problem from reoccurring.
Kinesiology uses link between muscles, meridians and organs to help identify minor imbalances and what is needed to bring these imbalances back to where they should be. By balancing the supporting muscles of the knee (quadriceps – small intestine, hamstrings – large intestine, facia lata – large intestine etc.) a Kinesiologist would be balancing different elements of the digestive while working on the knee – knee problems are often related to digestive complains in some shape or form.
