Liza is really passionate about helping people get to where they want to be in life, and cherishes the discovery of what this means for each of us.

Liza is a qualified Systematic Kinesiologist, Reiki practitioner and also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition. She uses a blend of the knowledge gained from her extensive training as well as information obtained from the hair analysis test she uses during your consultation to establish the root cause of symptoms and the most appropriate and achievable path to your full health potential.

Liza first discovered Systematic Kinesiology following her return to England in 2009, and feels very privileged to have studied this amazing therapy under Clare Muller, whose father was responsible for bringing kinesiology to England and Europe. She instantly found the world of kinesiology and its potential to help people truly amazing and has been exploring this path ever since. Liza considers Kinesiology to be the complete holistic therapy because it encompasses all aspects of a person’s health. She believes very strongly in our ability to activate the body’s innate capacity to heal and uses Kinesiology to investigate what the body needs in order to activate this potential.
